ROTHENBERGER is presenting itself at the 2008 BIG 5 Show in Dubai

Dubai/Kelkheim. The annual “Big 5 Show” in Dubai is considered to be the leading trade fair in the Middle East for the construction industry, water, environmental and air-conditioning technology sectors, with strong recognition in the entire Gulf region. ROTHENBERGER will be taking part for the second time from 23rd to 27th November 2008 as one of over 350 German companies.

More than 2,500 exhibitors from 52 countries will be presenting themselves to the estimated over 50,000 decision-makers expected from the private and public sector. ROTHENBERGER will be taking the opportunity to demonstrate its cross-border expertise in pipe tool and air-conditioning technology on its Stand N 14 (Zabeel Hall) in the 8,000 square metre large German pavilion.

The main themes of the trade fair presentation include the product range in the area of pipe cleaning for applications in the household through to use in industry. In addition, the focus is on the ROWELD range of plastic pipe welding machines and the complete range of tools and machines for cooling and air conditioning systems – one of the boom segments in this region. ROTHENBERGER will also be presenting the RUKO brand product range to the professional audience – state-of-the-art magnetic core drills, thread cutting tools, deburrers, hole saws and much more.

Since 2006, ROTHENBERGER has demonstrated its strength in the Middle East with its own branch in the Jebel Ali free trade area. An expected growth rate of 90 per cent during the financial year 2007/2008 proves that the currently 17-strong team set up around Managing Director Frank Welle and Operations Director Peter Weber is on the right track. Due to the continuous good development, the number of employees will be almost doubled by the end of 2009.
