ROTHENBERGER diamond drilling technology
The diamond drilling technology from ROTHENBERGER is currently experiencing a phenomenal demand. The reason for this being that with the RODIA diamond drilling systems even drilling in extremely hard, high-quality materials becomes safe and economical “child’s play”.

With four applications in one unit the RODIACUT 131 DWS offers maximum application flexibility.

The RODIADRILL CERAMIC – for accurate drilling even in extremely hard materials.
With its range of products in the area of diamond drilling technology, ROTHENBERGER has achieved a secure place in the building trade in the shortest time. The RODIADRILL Ceramic and the RODIACUT 131 DWS diamond drilling system are primarily setting the standards in performance and user convenience here.
If drilling in hard to very hard tiles and slabs resulted in the past time and again in material damage, the new RODIADRILL Ceramic ensures crack-free hand-operated wet drilling even at the edge of tiles and slabs. The machine weighing only 3.7 kg and equipped with a sturdy 2-speed gearbox covers a drilling range from 6 to 68 mm and with a drilling depth of 300 mm is suitable for all installation work and for drilling dowel and mounting holes. As a further benefit, the RODIADRILL Ceramic also drills through combinations of hard and soft materials without tiresome tool changes. A drill bit quick-change adapter takes care of this.
The field of application of this diamond drilling machine ranges from heating and sanitation craftsmen via floor tilers, stairbuilders and building refurbishing specialists through to electrical fitters.
The RODIACUT 131 DWS enables wet core hole drilling in steel reinforced concrete up to 152 mm and can also be used for dry free-hand drilling in brickwork up to 200 mm - consequently four applications are possible with this system with just one device. Larger drilled holes up to 250 mm in concrete can be processed just as easily with the RODIACUT 202 DWS. From a small installation opening up to breaking through for supply and disposal lines: in the drilling range from 32 to 502 mm the RODIACUT 402 TS offers numerous application benefits. For instance, the special motor electronics allow bothersome seized drill bits to be released by means of a momentary increase in the drawing of current. The RODIACUT 402 TS ensures safe working by means of an electronic soft start and an electronic friction clutch. Moreover, the low weight of the drill motor of only 11 kg and the motor quick-change plate make it easier for installation to be carried out in the appropriate drill rig without tools.
