Diamond core drilling technology from ROTHENBERGER

Frankfurt/Kelkheim. Whether drilling in tiles, natural stone, concrete, glass or ceramic: The RODIA diamond core technology from ROTHENBERGER has a solid position in the building industry.

At ROTHENBERGER, wet and dry drill bits are manufactured according to the newest standards for joining technology. That is why the high-performance drill bits DURAMANT PRO and SPEED STAR DX are cold welded using the “space welding” method, in which the optimum use of the complete diamond segment is guaranteed. The economical advantage of this method is that the operating life is increased up to 20 %, compared to laser welded or soldered drill bits.

The four “PRISMACUT” drill lenses on the diamond segment improve the drill behavior, are gentle to the diamond segment and at the same time provide optimal direct water cooling. The excellent segment positioning of the drill bits offer an optimal size free cut and an extraordinary cutting speed, which is 15 percent higher by steel cutting as before.

Using the RODIACUT PRO core drilling system from ROTHENBERGER with the effective length of 400 and 500 millimeters, respectively, especially large wall thicknesses can be processed without an additional extension.

More possibilities: the Triple M System
The large variety of possibilities in the diamond core drilling technology from ROTHENBERGER is especially evident with the Triple M System. The idea behind this is that you are equipped for all operations with just one drilling stand.

The HVAC craftsman profits not only from the expanded performance spectrum, but also from the economical solution – then for every demand the right drill motor can be attached within just a few seconds. The Triple M System from ROTHENBERGER includes three different feed units for various drill motors and is useable with RODIACUT 170 PRO, 270 PRO and 400 PRO.
