ISH 2007: ROTHENBERGER gives new impulses to the trade with a product and service offensive

Frankfurt/Kelkheim. The perceptible economic upward trend bestowed the ROTHENBERGER corporation, innovative partner of the sanitary, heating and air conditioning trade for decades, with an exceptionally successful year in 2006. The pipe tool specialist is now presenting its latest innovations and examples of success within the framework of the ISH, the most significant global branch showcase, from 6 to 10 March in Frankfurt.

Under the motto of "Pipe Tool Technologies at Work" the visitor to the ROTHENBERGER stand no. B06 in Hall 6.3 passes through a practical "success course" that offers an overview of ROTHENBERGER's latest trends and new products in the form of an adventure experience. "The visitors experience product ranges from ten application areas, supplemented by customer-oriented service offers that open up new chances to the trade," is how Frank Schrick, managing director of ROTHENBERGER Werkzeuge GmbH, explained the fair concept. Moreover, there are quality prizes to win every day.

Numerous product new products

At the ISH 2007 the visitor can obtain detailed information regarding ROTHENBERGER's most up-to-date product novelties and enhancements. For instance, the ROMAX PRESSLINER family is presented with functional innovations and an extension in accessories in the press technique area. The new ROMAX Compact Pressliner will attract attention here. Due to its low weight, compact construction, ergonomic rod shape and, above all, due to its exceptional speed, it makes pressing fittings even more efficient and effortless. 

ROTHENBERGER also sets the course at the ISH in terms of inspection and pipe cleaning. The new generation of the ROCAM pipe inspection TV camera range, for instance, now has a new camera head for improved pipe bend mobility and picture quality. With its comprehensive range of inspection cameras, ROTHENBERGER again proves its high degree of competence in this area of application. With RO LEAK Aqua for the efficient tracking of water leaks, the pipe tool specialist is presenting a new audible tracking device for the most varied pipework systems. ROSPEED 3F, the drum pipe cleaning machine, demonstrates innovative pipe cleaning technology, which also stands the test in the case of the most resistant blockages.

Further trade fair highlights: with the new SUPERTRONIC 1000 ROTHENBERGER moves the highest capacity and most favourably priced "compact class" electric pipe threader into the limelight. This device allows the sanitary, heating and air conditioning craftsman to carry out fast and effortless production of "precise and safe" screw fastenings of up to 1" that conform to international standards.  
Moreover, ROTHENBERGER is expanding its air conditioning technology range to include the fully automatic ROKLIMA compact control unit for the evacuation and filling of refrigeration circuits.

ROTHENBERGER is also setting trends in the diamond drilling technology area. The company is presenting a complete product range here for sanitary, heating and air conditioning craftsmen, who wish to integrate this profitable service into their performance portfolio in the future. The RODIACUT 402 TS diamond drilling system for heavy-duty applications in ferroconcrete and the RODIADRILL ceramic diamond drill, especially developed for work on high-value natural stone materials, are among the highlights.  The RODIA Centers, set up at especially qualified "support point" specialist dealers, provide increased advisory skills here. They stand for ROTHENBERGER's holistic specialised trade concept that supports the dealers with attractive offers, training courses, sales support and a 3 year guarantee while creating a distinctive image in the area of core drilling technology.

Unlike the competition, both the specialised trade and the end customers profit with ROTHENBERGER from a complete range of quality tools for the sanitary, heating and air conditioning trade.  According to Mr. Schrick, this year's product and service presentation at the ISH will again provide proof of this.

ROTHENBERGER is taking a major step towards the future with the construction of the visionary TEC Center, whose grand opening is planned for the middle of the year.  In the future these new headquarters will unite the entire value-added chain of research and development to production and service under one umbrella and thus stands for even more flexibility and productivity. In the future, the TEC Center is to function as an international turning point in answer to the globalised market and, similar to a "transparent factory", visualise processing sequences, strengthen the exchange between ROTHENBERGER and its target groups as well as encourage transparency and frankness. In addition to a training offensive for customers and employees, every ROTHENBERGER premium quality product will be made a true experience in practical demonstrations under live conditions. Moreover, product demonstrations will take place directly on the building sites.
