Today ROTHENBERGER AG, domiciled at Kelkheim near Frankfurt, Germany, has successfully closed the important acquisition of all shares, trademarks and the notable customer base of its French competitor VIRAX S.A.S. (www.virax.com), located in Epernay (Champagne).
