ROTHENBERGER Trainee-Program "FAST TRACK"
Our 15-month trainee programme allows successful university graduates from the disciplines of engineering / economics to gain an extensive insight into the business processes of a market-leading company.
The trainee program is offering 3 different focuses:
- Sales / Marketing
- Production / Technology
- Supply Chain management
A stay lasting several months in one of our overseas companies offers you valuable additional practical experience and is intended to help to gradually prepare you for taking on a responsible task at ROTHENBERGER.
We offer you the chance to get to know industrial business processes from top to bottom in a market-leading company.
Together with you we will draw up a training plan specially tailored to you, which also envisages a stay lasting several months in one of our overseas companies.
