Organisation of the training
Training period:

• 3 years (6 terms) in a day release system (alternation between practical training at the company and theoretical studies in the Frankfurt University of Co-operative Education (BA)
• The final examination to qualify as an industrial clerk is held after two years at the IHK Frankfurt
• During the basic course (2 years) you will acquire a wide range of specialist knowledge of all business processes
• During the main course (3rd year) you will extend your knowledge and at the same time produce your assignment and the diploma thesis

Training location:
All training departments at ROTHENBERGER
The vocational school is integrated in the course of study

Company events (34 weeks per year):
Internal instruction to extend the knowledge
Internal seminars such as product training

University of Co-operative Education events: 2 theory phases each over 9 weeks (every two weeks including Saturdays)

• Seminars on the subjects of rhetoric, conflict management, presentation, learning techniques
• Microsoft computer courses: EXCEL, WORD, PowerPoint, ACCESS
• English courses

The diploma thesis is written during the last practical term in an operating department in coordination with the company
