ISH 2007: Efficient steel pipe processing using the SUPERTRONIC 1000 electric pipe threader

ROTHENBERGER's new SUPERTRONIC 1000 electric pipe threader that will be presented to trade visitors at the ISH, guarantees simplified handling and increased efficiency in steel pipe processing. "Small but powerful": ROTHENBERGER's SUPERTRONIC 1000 easy-to-handle electric pipe threader allows the sanitary, heating and air conditioning craftsman to carry out fast and effortless production of precise and safe screw fastenings of up to 1" that conform to standard. This powerful tool owes its manageability to the compact housing unit, where the cutting head adapter and motor are found. The aluminium housing on the head and a plastic motor housing reinforced with glass fibre make sure that the SUPERTRONIC 1000 proves to be sturdy and light even during heavy duty service.

Further advantages of the SUPERTRONIC 1000: the five axle, helical gear transmission guarantees 50 % increased power transmission and service life as well as a higher degree of running smoothness. The small head shape, only 11 centimetres in diameter, proves to be ideal for application in limited spaces. Last but not least, the electric return yields a noticeable reduction in weight, thus catering for significantly easier handling during steel pipe processing.
