Commencement of Training 2007

ROTHENBERGER making even bigger investments in training. ROTHENBERGER is also setting a positive impulse this autumn for the training situation in southern Taunus: 10 trainees started their career at the beginning of September with the manufacturer of pipe tools, who is steeped in tradition and internationally active.

With a training contingent of conspicuously more than 10 %, ROTHENBERGER again demonstrates the willingness to offer junior staff promising future prospects at the Kelkheim location and last but not least, to also take on responsibility for the business climate of the home region. 

Today it is getting increasingly more difficult for many companies to generate suitable qualified employees on the labour market. This is a further important incentive for ROTHENBERGER to opt at an early stage for well trained employees in all fields from within the company.

New fields of training
As an innovative industrial enterprise, ROTHENBERGER now also offers vocational training as media designer for digital and print media, which is in strong demand.  At ROTHENBERGER, trainees for this profession compile design concepts for marketing and advertising and design text, graphic and video data for print and multimedia measures. ROTHENBERGER’s cooperation partnership with the Berufsakademie Frankfurt (the University of Cooperative Education of Frankfurt) and the Accadis College in Bad Homburg is also a novelty within the framework of the dual course of studies. In addition, the pipe tool specialist offers training courses for IT specialists, graduation as Bachelor of Arts as well as training positions for the professions of industrial clerk, warehouse logistics specialist, mechatronics engineer and precision mechanic.
