ROTHENBERGER’s Fair Innovations

Kelkheim. Punctually at the beginning of the year ROTHENBERGER, the quality tool manufacturer, is presenting innovations in the heating, ventilation and air conditioning trade to visitors to the SHK Essen and the International Ironware Fair/ Practical World in Cologne. ROKLIMA PLUS 4F, as successor of the RO-Klima II fully automatic evacuation and charging station and the RODIA Triple-M-System, the innovative approach in diamond core drilling technology, are among the highlights.

ROKLIMA PLUS 4F permits easy and safe charging of refrigerant circuits.

ROTHENBERGER’s newcomer with its four fully automatic functions is a “four-in-one“ device and a revolution in air conditioning technology at the same time : using the new ROKLIMA PLUS 4F the HVAC professional is able to evacuate refrigeration circuits as well as carry out a leak test and charging. A new addition is the possibility of controlling the extraction process of refrigeration circuits. All functions are controlled fully automatically via simple menu navigation, which guarantees safe work and easy operation.  Another innovation is the interactive 16-character display with four function keys for simple entry of all necessary parameters.

Vis-à-vis its predecessor, ROKLIMA PLUS 4F now provides all components with adequate protection due to a sturdy, compact metal housing that also increases mobility during daily assignments. A high vacuum pump with a throughput of 42 litres per minute and an extractable precision digital balance for up to 50 kg are integrated into the device. The adaptors that are supplied with the balance cater simultaneously for the secure positioning of large and small refrigerant fluid trading units. A set of three pressure hoses rounds off the complete system.

The ROKLIMA PLUS 4F is a model for the air conditioning technology beginner and professional and is suitable for all refrigerant fluids. Moreover, due to its technical optimisation, this ROTHENBERGER device offers an attractive price-performance ratio.

RODIA Triple-M-System: Professional quality diamond core drilling technology
With the new RODIACUT “Professional Line“ core drilling products within the RODIA Triple-M-System ROTHENBERGER is presenting an increased degree of flexibility in diamond core drilling technology to the visitors. Seven motor types for wet and dry bore holes that can be used on five different drill rig models are available to the user. Thus, the HVAC craftsman is able to compile an individual core drilling system that is tailor-made to suit his requirements. The new “Professional Line“ drill rigs feature a particularly sturdy construction that is normally only come across in professional drilling facilities.
