ROSCOPE MULTIVIEW – the inspection concept with the unerring eye

ROTHENBERGER, the pipe tool specialist, has now introduced the new ROSCOPE MULTIVIEW to expand its testing and measurement technology range. The compact, modular and handy inspection concept offers a high degree of flexibility in numerous areas of application where fast and uncomplicated inspection, analysis and documentation of pipes and cavities are called for – also in locations that are difficult to access.

Whether it’s air conditioning technology, plumbing, heating and air conditioning or the motor vehicle trade: due to its various tools ROTHENBERGER’S ROSCOPE inspection device is able to offer the services of 4 devices in one!

The basic ROSCOPE device that can be combined with various modules is available to the user in four different sets. Once the user has initially decided on a set, this can be expanded without any difficulty by three additional modules to meet the most varied requirements. The cost/performance ratio is interesting at the same time: the most important tools for a typical working day and for special applications are included in the scope of delivery. At the same time the device is immediately ready for operation, as a SD card for saving photos and films is part of the basic equipment.

The ROSCOPE TEC 10/1.5 set, equipped with a 10 mm camera head on a 1.5 metres goose neck, is ideally suitable for vertical and horizontal inspection of pipework and suspended ceilings without a ladder or further auxiliary means having to be used. Moreover, the sturdy construction of the single-piece cable saves the user from problems such as weak spots or fractures. 

The ROSCOPE PIPE 12/3 set also offers itself for use in small pipe diameters, as is so often the case in private households. With its 12 mm camera head and a three metres long flexible reel cable it is ideally suitable for the analysis and inspection of pipes and cavities. A locating cone serves to centre the head and, at the same time, increases free movement in bends. 

The areas of application for the ROSCOPE MICRO 5.5/1 set are pipes with the very smallest diameters and special applications. The basic device in this case is equipped with a 5.5 mm microlens as well as a one metre long reel cable. 

For longer pipe ranges ROTHENBERGER offers the ROSCOPE PIPE 25/22 set with a head diameter of 25 millimetres and a 22 metres long cable including mini-reel, pivot mounting and carrying case. The pivot mounting guarantees that the module can be placed as close to the pipe as possible, which is beneficial particularly in confined environments such as washbasins or kitchen drains.

The flat construction ROSCOPE Multiview modules have all the benefits on their side and by means of which the device can be turned in the hand without difficulty and placed to one side when in use, whereby the user has both hands free and is able to observe the display at the same time. In addition to this ROTHENBERGER is offering the possibility of connecting an external Screen to the system via USB.

The ROSCOPE sets are suitable for applications in industry and construction, building services engineering, plumbing, heating and air conditioning, air conditioning technology, line construction, electrical engineering and the motor vehicle trade.
